2. What Data We Collect

When you place an order we collect your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment method choice. When you browse our website we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on site via cookies and analytics tools. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email we retain that correspondence.

We do not collect sensitive personal data including passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers, financial account details, or biometric data.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

We collect your data strictly for the following purposes: processing and delivering your orders, sending order confirmation and shipping updates, responding to customer service inquiries, improving our website and product offerings, complying with UAE tax and commercial laws including VAT invoicing requirements, and fraud prevention and security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Aramex / DHL — for order delivery
  • PayTabs — for secure payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
  • Hostinger — for website hosting

No employee, contractor, or third party may access your personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill your order. We will disclose your data to UAE government authorities, law enforcement, or courts only when required by UAE law or a valid legal order.

6. Payment Security

All card payments are processed by PayTabs, a UAE-licensed payment gateway. We do not see, store, or have access to your full credit or debit card number at any time. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Cash on delivery payments are handled entirely in person by our courier partner.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function, including shopping cart cookies, session cookies, and security cookies. We also use analytics cookies via Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — this data is anonymized and aggregated.

Order records including your name, address, and purchase history are retained for 5 years in accordance with UAE commercial and VAT law requirements. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, correspondence is retained for 2 years. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months in anonymized form.

If you request deletion of your data we will delete everything we are not legally required to retain within 30 days of your request.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have the following rights:
